Looks like it might be a moulted shell from a very small crayfish.
The estuary was littered with thousands of these at the high tide line.
They are often called lobster krill.

4) Crab2 was camera shy. Bit bigger, gray, rectangular with wide side to front.

I think. This is what I thought it was at the time, looking at the photos now it's legs seem a bit short but I think it is just looking bulker because of the covering

No idea about this one. Rebecca found it in the salad greens, which are shaded by a Pohutukawa tree.
