Tiniest bats I've ever seen. Got very dirty crawling around in that attic, but it was worth it- we found a whole colony of them roosting between the roof and the bricks.

Sadly, Found , on path. We have F. sur, Guava trees. No injuries i can tell. They migrate, to warmer Latitudes winter. Why. Did Godzilla weather days confuse? Hots days / 5deg nights. Did he Freeze to death ?Off to fridge , study +photoG & sketches.

Up to 10 individuals roost high in same street tree everyday. Photos not great, white ear tufts just visible in some. Unable to get photo of faces, but when viewed through binoculars on previous occasion, they had typical 'dog-like' fruit bat shape, and large eyes.
