michaelhoneth's Identifications

I thought these were larvae from an insect. I found them in a sort of nest, mud nest, with several of these together. The nest fell out of a folded trampoline, after we had seen a sort of paper wasp going inside the folded trampoline a few times, and decided to take a look inside. This nest came off and broke, and several of these animals came out. They seemed to be dead and soon after were attracting ants that started eating them. Very curious what this is exactly, this identification was the only one that seemed to look very alike.
