The tree was very tall and thin with many "needle" shaped leaves. The leaves were thin, "needle" like, and bright green. The tree was found in a dense, tree-covered area in a conservation park. Pine trees are distributed throughout the entire U.S., but does well in sandy, well-drained areas.
