Sunny warm day, in a busy area for foot traffic of humans, as well as car traffic. The house sparrows were in a group, possibly with other sparrows or finches. They were hopping around in dry bush and bare dirt where they were almost perfectly camouflaged. Some were picking at food crumbs from litter.
Many American Robins, European Sparrows, and European Starlings here.
