This snake came out of the ground as I was digging up a stump. Snails were observed very near it and are common in the area. They may be a significant part of its diet. The snake was released a few yards away.

Another safely relocated out of my garden and into the woods snake. I hate it when they are hidden back behind the water bucket!!! Make my heart race a bit until I know it is not a rattle snake.
