growing in a thick layer of fallen leaves under tree canopy of oak, maple and sweetgum. The first 4 photos are of the same fungi. The next two photos are of more of the group. The last photo is of the gills of an older fungi in the group.

Found on a wooden stick under an oak tree.

The fruiting body was dried out some when found.
Appears almost as if it is fuzzy or hairy.
White "cap" with tan "gills"
