Cercis canadensis

Quite a few along the pathway, some had really big leaves. The legumes were presumed to have fallen already.

Resembles a chinkapin oak, blunt serrations,common in the forest.

Celtis occidentalis

Hopefully not a bad picture.

Had VERY thick warts, serrated leaves and the fruits hanging on the branches. Was found living near the Juglans nigra.

Juglandaceae Family

Carya illinoinensis (Guessing)

Leaves curved backed a bit, last time it was found it had more leaves and life to it. Terminal bud looks very pointy and almost raisin-like.
