The insect is cleaning its wing in the first photo, so that is not the natural resting position of the wing or legs. The second photo shows the natural resting position of the legs.
Very similar to the (related) Lasiocnemus, but with slender hind tibiae. Extremely slender, so size difficult to judge; but likely not longer than 15mm. In scrubby bush around the edge of the Lusaka Showgrounds.
Very similar to the previously uploaded (and related) Leptogaster, but with thickened hind tibiae - also somewhat larger. On sparse grass on dried out portion of rocky river-bed.
