Short walk around a park at the north end of the lake. Too many mosquitoes to hang around long. One unidentified weed that was around the shoreline - some sort of reed or emergent grass. Found a really pretty alder.

The rain cleared for a moment around lunch, and we went on a walk behind the high school. Focused on mushrooms and lichens today! Lots of fun!

Will need some serious help with IDing the mushrooms and lichens. I don't know them well yet.
