Thank you for the identifications and the demonstration of the power of iNat
I have done this several times now, and I would like to thank the identifiers who are helping out with that. Just before I started a lecture about the importance of technological and social innovation in citizen science, I demonstrated to the student the process of uploading these local observations to iNat. I then left the page with 3 unidentified observations and started a discussion of about 50 minutes. At the end of it, I've returned to iNat and could demonstrate the connectedness of the community and the ability to identify observations rapidly.
