Hula Hoop Trick+ Defining healthy Sagebrush Steppe
Lay the Hula Hoop down in a random spot and spot how many, grasses, shrubs, and every plant/animal species you can find. Do this multiple times to see if this sagebrush steppe is healthy or not. Burned areas will most likely have less shrubs and more grasses. If you go to the Boise Foothills you will find most of the plants covering the ground in the recently burned areas are Medusa Heads and fox tails. In the area that haven't been burned you will find more sages and shrubs.
