What

Hairy Woodpecker Dryobates villosus

Observer

kayley-j-dillon

Date

January 20, 2020

Description

Three birds seen together; I'm suspecting Hairy Woodpeckers but a bit unsure. Bills looked longer and I didn't notice any tail spots. One bird looked like it had a nice shoulder spur, but it wasn't clear on another bird. If anyone can confirm which species (or let me know if both are present), I'd appreciate it!
