My passion is education, whether it is science, nature, food, sports, traveling, or parks. Whenever I am placed in a new situation, place, or culture, I find thrill and pleasure in finding my way around and soaking in all that it has to offer. I am a graduate student at Ohio University getting a degree in Recreation Studies, with a concentration in Outdoor Education and Recreation. I have an academic background in 7th-12th grade Integrated Science Education. My main professional project as a graduate student is establishing an Adventure/Outdoor Education program for high school age youth in southeastern Ohio
