Hello! My name is Annie, I like plants!

I currently work as a biologist on CA state transportation projects, and a lot of what I post on here are things I encounter during botany surveys that I cant quite place. Other posts are for fun, or if I notice something missing from the observations in the area. In the past, I worked for Redwood National park for 4 seasons as a bio field tech and forester, so my comfort zone is the redwood forest. Am currently branching out into Mendocino plants, and for my job, getting good at roadside weed identification ;)
