I am a photographer working frequently in the Arctic as well as in locations in the United States and around the world. Much of my work is macro photography of plants, lichens and other small things in the environment. I work with The Arctic Arts Project, documenting changes in the landscape from warming temperatures. Sadly, I have little knowledge of the plants I am drawn to photograph, so I am hoping this wonderful community can help me identify species as well as their normal growing conditions as a way of finding out which species might be moving into new locations as climate change alters ecosystems around the world.
