I am an AmeriCorps Environmental Education Member with Severson Dells Nature Center for the year! I love all birds, but I have a special fascination with raptors. I also love skunks and opossums. Most of my posts will be highlighting species of interest in Rockford nature preserves. My attempts at learning to better ID plants and insects will be happening in spring as well!
