I've had an interest in the animal world since the age of 5 and I started birding at the age of 8 in my home state of Iowa. I earned a BA in Biology from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine in the spring of 2016. Since then, I have held seasonal avian biology technician and naturalist position in Newfoundland, Arizona, Wyoming, New Jersey, and California. I am most experienced with birds, but I also enjoy plants and fungi, especially the ones I can eat!
