I'm a resident of Oakland, CA and beginning mycologist. I joined the Bay Area Mycological Society in 2020 and am working to expand my knowledge of Kingdom Fungi and Pacific coast ecosystems.

I have a doctorate in nuclear chemistry and co-directed/produced THE SURROUNDING GAME, the first feature documentary about the Asian game of Go.
