I am a birder and like to go on birding trips away from my home base in the UK.
While on these trips, I record other forms of nature I come across but until recently, these non-bird records were held only in my computer photo files. I then discovered iNaturalist and IRecord and have started transferring records into these databases.

I have always used eBird for my bird records but have now started using IRecord for my UK non-bird records and iNaturalist for all other non-bird records.
I must say, I am really impressed with iNaturalist and have learnt so much about the natural world from adding my records to this database.
