I am trained as a wildlife scientist and I've spent many years studying the territoriality and dominance behaviors of toddlers and teens. I write novels that combine fungi with murder and I like dark chocolate. Alas, I have a body that's a total train wreck (L4/L5 paraplegia, arachnoiditis and other fun stuff) -- so I slowly shuffle a short road in the Pacific Northwest with my little beady eyes seeking out all my woodland neighbors and I report their actions here.
