Birds got me into nature, but I have continued to evolve and am interested in many aspects of natural history, and still learning! Living in Berkeley, California (USA) and spending time in Sogna (Arezzo) Italy.

Co-founder Bird Conservation Fund (www.birdfund.org), have worked for The Nature Conservancy, Audubon California, or co-founded and served on the board of Tejon Ranch Conservancy, Great Basin Bird Observatory, Great Basin Land & Water.
