I am a South African-born marine ecologist and specialist taxonomist with a PhD in Biodiversity and Conservation Biology at the University of the
Western Cape. My PhD thesis focussed on
the taxonomy and distribution patterns of
South African marine bryozoans.
My research interests include marine conservation, marine invertebrate taxonomy, biodiversity and ecology.
