I joined iNaturalist when I attempted to thru-hike the 2,650 mile Pacific Crest Trail in 2021. I only made it 800 miles, but I became addicted to looking for new flowers everywhere I hiked and sharing them on my blog. I love being able to identify them so I can, over time, try to remember all their names!
