My name is Kate, and I live in an unincorporated region of Los Padres National Forest. I have no special qualifications or experience, however I am currently obtaining my associates and bachelors degrees in environmental studies and geography. I hope to continue my education, should funding allow, and gain enough experience to join a team with the same goals and motivations as myself. I joined iNaturalist as a hobby, but also as a way to learn about the ecosystems and biology around my home. If any of my observations are useful, I'd be glad to hear it!
