My name is Anneliese. I refer to myself as a "regenerative farm-her" located in central Minnesota. At Walker Farms, we raise grass-fed beef, grass-finished lamb, pastured pork, pastured poultry, and pasture raised eggs.
We use management intensive grazing practices that emphasizes rotational grazing to regenerate our soil health, re-establish mineral, carbon, and water cycles, and increase available habitat for local wildlife.
