I am an Oklahoma Blue Thumb volunteer monitoring a tributary of Bishop Creek in Norman as well as the former cultivator of the pollinator garden and Monarch Waystation at the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality central office in downtown Oklahoma City.

Some of my native plant observations in the Oklahoma City metro have been obscured due to plant poachers in the area. There is nothing more disappointing than finding out that someone used iNaturalist to steal the plants I observed less than a week later.
