Studying natural history means being outside as much as possible and being outside in nature is a primary goal. I like to enjoy plants and animals in their native habitats, observe their behaviors and learn their names. Environmental education involving folks in outdoor activities that lead to enjoyment, stewardship and advocacy are all important parts of my life.
