I manage the molecular ecology laboratory at the South African National Biodiversity Institute based at the Kirstenbosch Research Center. My primary passion falls in the field of Herpetology with a specific focus on conservation, biogeography and systematics. I have a background in Nature Conservation having completed up to BTech before moving across to complete my MSc. I have always held a passion for the natural world and have explored it since I was a young child.
