My father was my best teacher. At a young age he taught me how to forage berries, plants, herbs and some mushrooms. My favorite activity is wildcrafting, and I am forever grateful to the educators whom I continue to learn from. I hike almost daily and am in the field often. I use plants, herbs and mushrooms for medicinal purposes in addition for the table. I continue to expand on my own backyard garden where I cultivate and grow many medicinal plants. Happy hunting.
