I'm from Vienna, Austria and I'm a a hobby photographer, all of my pictures have the licence CC-BY
For newer ones i managed to set this as a default, for older ones i sometimes have problems changing it.
Feel free to ask me to change any licence of any of my pictures to CC-BY, then i will try again manually.
