I live on the Otago Peninsula and work as a consultant plant ecologist for my own practice Spiralis Ltd. I have 25 years experience in land management and habitat restoration. I'm currently the Deputy Chairman of the Otago Peninsula Community Board a role I have felt needed a greater focus on community conservation. I'm also the website editor for the Dunedin Amenities Society NZ's oldest conservation society and a trustee and website editor for the newly formed Hereweka-Harbour Cone Trust.
