I enjoy being in unspoilt nature and learning about ALL the indigenous plants of the Witwatersrand, a story of their habitat and uses. I have become interested in the processes of controlling of Invasive Alien plant species (and also pioneer bush encroachment species) that are taking over the indigenous plant's soil space. Correct identification is key in this process.
