Our(my wife and I) favorite activity is getting out in the woods. To us, it is a treasure hunt. What animals can we find in our path today? Will it be a wild panther, bobcat, rattlesnake, box turtle, crocodile? We enjoy observing all animals....sometimes photographing them....sometimes just being there when they are.

When we are out in the woods we go slowly, stay until it's dark, and always see a lot of wildlife. We have lived in Florida for a long time so we are able to positively identify most of the animals we come across.

My special interest is in the reptile field. As a young man I worked with Bill Haast at the Miami Serpentarium and with Ross Allen at the Ross Allen Reptile Institute at Silver Springs, Florida. I also worked as an animal trainer with Ivan Tors Movie studios. I graduated with a degree in Zoology from the University of Florida.
