I graduated from Humboldt State University with a degree in wildlife biology. While I'm particularly obsessed with herptiles, entomology also fascinates me. Currently a research associate with San Diego Zoo Global's California Least Tern and Western Snowy Plover recovery team. Some favorite taxa/species include: snowy plovers, least terns, California condors, rattlesnakes, and tiger beetles. I dabble in amateur nature photography and just love being outdoors and learning about everything around me!
