Hailing from Vancouver BC as a colonial Canadian, I've had the privilege to spend my whole life appreciating the magnificent critters and ecosystems across the South, West, and Central Coasts of BC. In deep gratefulness, and with accountability, I acknowledge and thank the many Nations whose territory and relations I've learned so much from. In particular I've been graciously hosted on the lands of the Musqueam, W̱SÁNEĆ, Esquimalt, Penelakut, Pacheedaht, Tla-o-qui-aht, Ulkatcho, Haíłzaqv, Wuikinuxv, and the Nuxalk Nations, and I commit to upholding the responsibility of maintaining a reciprocal and constructive relationship through my actions.
