Description

So far as I can tell this is Ypsolopha buscki Heppner, 1982.

Per MPG page: Ypsolopha buscki Heppner, 1982 is a replacement name for 2387 Ypsolopha manella (Busck, 1903), a junior homonym of Ypsolophus [sic] manella Moschler, 1890, Proc. Entom. Soc. Wash., 84: 602.

It seems to key out correctly following p.48 in Busck, A., 1903. Notes on the Cerostoma Group of Yponomeutidæ, with Descriptions of New North American Species. Journal of the New York Entomological Society, 11: 51.

It also appears closely similar to BOLD specimens, for example here http://v3.boldsystems.org/index.php/Public_RecordView?processid=LNAUT975-14

MPG page shows records from Southern California.
