Description

Commonly known as the Blue Guarri. A beautiful well shaped multi-stemmed tree. The blue-green berries go black when ripe and are edible. The dense rounded greyish crown is made up of blue-green leathery leaves with smooth surfaces and with slightly wavy margins sometimes. Because of the distinctive colour of the tree it stands out in the bushveld/grassveld areas.
