Technomyrmex pallipes: Ergatoid queen?

A sample bottle of Pheidole ants collected in the Cederberg by Peter Slingsby was co-inhabited by two Technomyrmex pallipes ants. The one was larger than the other and I thought it might be an ergatoid queen. I post here for Peter to either confirm or drop the hammer.
