Maybe var contorta. Elaters might not be fully developed as they have some features such as the lateral appendage, but not enough to be conclusive regarding one of the T. contorta varieties.

Trichia contorta
Habitat: Rotten conifer bark. Mild elevation old growth riparian western redcedar - western hemlock forest.
Hypothallus: Dark, prominent and connecting multiple sporocarps.
Stalk: Sessile.
Sporotheca: Dull, light brown to reddish-brown below. plasmodiocarps <1mm long x 0.5mm in variety of shapes.
Peridium: Slightly wrinkled, dehiscing irregularly, often erupting though upper surface.
Capillitium: Large masses of free elaters (3-5um dia), not branched, 3-5 smooth spiral bands. Short, smooth points (11um long). Elaters with swollen portions (up to 7um wide), Occasional lateral appendages.
Spores: 10.7-13.6um, minutely warted.
