Widespread common fern from lower-mid to high altitudes on Raoul Island. Terrestrial ferns with shortly creeping rhizome. Name seems to not be on Nature Watch NZ. This species was described by Brownsey & Perrie (2012), see also de Lange (2012) for additional information and images.
