This is a rufous-bellied antwren (Myrmotherula guttata) that I mist-netted at the Biological Dynamics of Forest Fragments Project (BDFFP) north of Manaus, Brasil during my Ph.D. research on mixed-species flocks. This species is common to mixed flocks in the Amazon and has a specialized niche within them.
