I know I have photographed this before and got an ID. Went through my NZ Seaweeds books and can not match it. Closest I could come up with is a calerpa but the one I was looking at is a sumer one in the sub tidal and it is not summer, this was living in the mid intertidal so I have resorted togreen alga.
