seems to me to be a pleurocarp growth form, leaves less than 1 mm, setae 18 mm, capsules 2.2 mm, growing on ground in dirt next to a sidewalk, midrib to tip, leaves not toothed, last 7th and 8th photos show wet then dry leaves, leaf in last photo is 0.8mm
