There were several of these deceased Anoplognathus sp. on the dried bank of the Finke River at Glen Helen Lodge. They may have been in the sun for quite a period and this could have faded some of the colouration on the specimen and hence I am unsure of a species ID. The most visually similar I could find was A. montanus but I cannot be sure this is right.
