This is the most similar species I can find. Geographic range and date seem appropriate. Powell and Opler list Grindelia and Isocoma as hosts, neither of which occur at Pinnacles. However, there may have been Senecio flaccidus and Heterotheca sessiliflora in the area where I collected it. At least those are woody composites, like the known hosts. Ha ha!
