A few such shrubs observed on the lower banks of the creek, only well downstream from the waterfall. Undersides of leaves pale and with a coating of fine hairs (not well shown in my images:)
No reproductive parts present on the two shrubs I checked closely. Each shrub is about 1 to 1.2 metres high and quite dense and at least as wide as high.
