Project Journals!

Projects now have journals. This is a way for project owners to communicate with their members. Journal posts will generate updates on members' dashboards and in update emails. Hopefully they will soon be associated with taxa so project owners can notify members about taxa of interest, seasonal changes to watch for, etc.
