Grant's Hercules Beetles captured at Madera Canyon during the 2017 iNatathon have reproduced successfully!

Hello Everyone,

The pair of Grant's Hercules Beetles captured at the black lights during the SEAZ iNatathon on Aufust 25, 2017 and maintained in captivity by me after the event have successfully mated, laid eggs and some of the eggs have hatched into thriving larvae! You may follow along with their progress by viewing the below observation as they grow and (hopefully) survive to maturity.

Fun stuff!
