Houghton Garden

This Sunday, I went to Houghton Garden. It was a warm, sunny day. I went around 6 pm when it was a little cooler. It was the perfect day for a nature walk. It was a nice time to relax and reflect after doing homework for hours. I saw lots of flowers which are my favorite things to see. I am not super familiar with the different types of flowers, so I just put the general tag of flowering plants. In addition, I saw a variety of trees specifically pine trees. I saw a chipmunk and a squirrel and some birds, but it was hard to get a clear pictures, so I couldn't document any of those observations. I also saw a mushroom. It was easy to make observations because everything was wild. I'd say that it was a successful first nature walk.

Comments

Had 5 or more observations. First picture was taken at 6:08 pm and last was taken at 6:38 pm so time requirement was met. There was no theme for tis week so that requirement was met. The journal entry was interesting and I give a 10/10.
